Event Description
Learn how to make: 1 quart of preserved lemons (they will be ready 2 weeks after you take them home), Lebanese 7 spice mixture, Aegean Hot Pepper Mix, Garlic Cilantro Paste and Dukkah (crunchy nut and herb/seed topping that can be used in salads, on top of yogurts, cheeses, etc).
Cost is $50 per person (nonrefundable) and you must register to attend!
