Event Description
This class has been rescheduled multiple times at the request of students who missed previous offerings.
There is nothing better than homemade ravioli. We will produce pasta sheets, fill them with sweet potato and prosciutto, and top with a rich brown butter sauce. A light and flavorful Italian Arugula salad accompanies the meal, finishing with a delectable cannoli pie. Your next meal should be 24 hours later!!!
